Ms. Vauls is the Vice President of Accounting/HR at JYG Innovations and has over thirty (30) years of experience in multiple leadership roles across the Finance and Accounting industry for both commercial and government businesses. Ms. Vauls provides oversight and leadership in the areas of financial planning and analysis, controllership, cash flow management, A/R, A/P and payroll. In addition, Ms. Vauls leads the company’s leadership development, training, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation, benefits and diversity initiatives. As a member of the executive leadership team, Ms. Vauls sets JYG’s financial direction and has significantly contributed to the growth and financial strength of JYG.
